1. How will I know if the date for my presentation is available?
After you call M&M Motivating and speak with a professional consultant, someone will verify the date that you desire to reserve.  If the date is available and you would like to secure it a contract will be agreed upon and your date will be reserved.

2. How soon in advance should I book Dr. Merritt.
The sooner the better! Dr. Merritt is a sought-after speaker. However, you may request bookings up to 6 months in advance.

3. How long are the presentations?
Keynote speeches and motivational speeches are typically one hour long. Trainings, seminars, and workshops are between one to one and one-half hour. All other services are decided upon between the client and M&M Motivating.

4. Who pays for hotel and transportation? 
M&M Motivating will cover hotel and transportation for the first 30 miles from
Pembroke Pines, Florida. An agreement on hotel and transportation must be made between M&M Motivating and the client. Anything after that is agreed upon between the client and M&M Motivating.

5. When is payment due?
Terms of agreement are made between M&M Motivating and the client. If traveling out of town, M&M Motivating will request half of the payment at least one week prior to Dr. Merritt’s arrival. If within 30 miles, payment is due upon the speaker's arrival. If the client cancels less than one week prior to the event, the payment will not be returned. If the client cancels the speaker and gives M&M Motivating at least 14 days notice,  90% of the payment will be returned.

6. Who is responsible for handouts or technical equipment the speaker may need?
If handouts are necessary for the training, workshop or presentation, M&M Motivating will provide them to the group. This is included in the cost and will be negotiated between the client and M&M Motivating. However, the certain AV equipment may be requested to be set up by the client for his or her presentation.

7. Will Dr. Merritt sell her books at the event?
This is negotiated between the client and M&M Motivating.

This is negotiated between M&M Motivating and the client.
